Hello to both my old and new Friends,
It's that time of year again! Once again, I'm riding to help cure Pancreatic Cancer and I'm asking for your love and support.
I have registered to participate in the most inspiring outdoor stationary-cycling fundraiser called "Tour de Pier". Now in its 14th year, this event supports the crucial work of three amazing charities: the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Uncle Kory Foundation, and the Cancer Support Community of South Bay.
Those that are closest to me know that I lost my father to Pancreatic Cancer in 2019, so this cause is extremely close to my heart. I will be riding once again in my dad’s memory.
I'm also riding this year to support my sister that was diagnosed with stage #1 breast cancer early this year. After surgery, chemo and radiation, I'm so happy and thankful to report that she is healthy, happy and moving forward!
I know the world has a lot going on right now, but cancer doesn't care. It's still out there hurting millions of families, so our fight to end its rampage continues. It would mean the world to me to have your support by donating to my fundraising page. I have set a goal to raise $2000 this year and I am riding on bike number 7 for the "One Love" team. The Tour de Pier helps provide patients and families with vital cancer resources while driving research towards a cure. Let's come together to make a difference for all those facing cancer. Anything you choose to donate will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Daniel Henry
