Hi Friends! On May 17th I will be teaching, for my 15th year, the 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM hour of Tour De Pier. Every year I am humbled by the outpouring of love and support that surrounds this event. Everyone who rides has been touched by cancer in some way and we come together to fight for a cure and raise much needed funds. 

I would love to see any and all of you ride the event or come hang out down at the pier in Manhattan Beach as we rock out on our bikes and make a difference. The Tiger Squadron will treat us to one of their incredibly emotional and, dare I say, dazzling flyovers and as always the music and energy will be pumping! My hour has lots of surprises and honestly, all of the other instructors are the best of the best so come on down anytime between 8:30AM and 1:30PM to check out the festivities.
