Kat Erangey rides for 14 years all FIVE HOURS!
For the past 14 years, I’ve proudly ridden in the Tour de Pier—but this year, it’s personal in a whole new way.
Last year, I was diagnosed with cancer and was originally scheduled to begin radiation and chemo treatments the very next day—unsure if I would even be here for the next Tour de Pier. And yet, I showed up for the ride anyway. This year, I’m incredibly grateful to say I’m cancer-free—and riding with even more purpose.
I will be riding in place to move charity forward at the Tour de Pier! The Tour de Pier brings hundreds of stationary cycling bikes to the iconic Manhattan Beach Strand while raising money for three outstanding cancer charities. I'm raising funds to help the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Cancer Support Community South Bay, and the Uncle Kory Foundation fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options, and ultimately find a cure for cancer.
Please consider contributing towards my efforts today.
