I'm participating in the LA Cancer Challenge this year! The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. A new chemo has recently been shown to prolong the life of pancreatic cancer patients, and this foundation had a huge part in that.
