My family and I are participating in the LA Cancer Challenge!
This will be our 16th year supporting this great event, as the LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
We started doing this 16 years ago, Kayla was 4 and Angelo was 8, as I wanted to do something meaningful for my 35th birthday, what better way, than to honor my dad whom we lost to colon and pancreatic cancer... Since then we have been going diligently year after year, with the exception of Covid year.
Please consider contributing towards our fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join us, in-person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together, regardless of where we are, we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
