I'm participating in the LA Cancer Challenge in honor of my husband Bobby who lost his battle with Pancreatic cancer in August of 2024. He fought for 22 months and amazingly ran or walked 5K several times a week for most of his cancer journey. He loved Jesus, loved his boys, loved me and loved the Dodgers and USC Trojans. This year I decided to walk to support our dear friend Peter, who is also battling pancreatic cancer.
The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join me, in-person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together, regardless of where we are, we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
