We’re walking in honor of my incredible mom, Vivian — a woman whose spirit is as vibrant as her Puerto Rican roots and whose strength shines brighter than ever.
Vivian was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, but cancer has never defined her. She’s fierce, funny, faith-filled, and full of life. Whether she’s dancing to salsa music, sharing her love with those around her or having the zest for life through celebrations, Vivian inspires everyone around her with her courage and love.
This cancer walk is our way of showing up for her — to celebrate her, support her, and help raise awareness and funding for those fighting pancreatic cancer. Every step we take is powered by her strength, and every donation goes toward research, resources, and hope for families like ours.
We are Team Viva for Vivian — walking for our warrior, our heart, our queen. We hope you will be able to join us for the walk and show our support for the woman we all love so much!
