Christina Cortez's Bike In Memory of Lea Santoro
My 3rd year riding and this one is special. We loss an extraordinary member of our AT&T family. Lea Santoro was not just my boss of eight years. She was a great friend. She inspired me to be healthy and joined me every year for this ride. I miss her tremendously; she was too young to leave us. Lea kept her journey and struggle private, making it even more unbelievable and unconceivable. I treasure the friendship, mentorship and career guidance she gifted me with. I am a better person because of her and appreciate the years of friendship.

We'll be riding in place to move charity forward at the Tour de Pier! The Tour de Pier brings hundreds of stationary cycling bikes to the iconic Manhattan Beach Strand to create awareness and raise funds for three outstanding cancer charities: Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Cancer Support Community South Bay and the Uncle Kory Foundation.
