Hey everyone, it's me, Owen! I need your help to make a difference in the fight against cancer. On Sunday, May 19th, I'm gonna be riding my heart out at the Tour de Pier with Team HoJo to support all the people who are going through a tough time because of this awful disease. HOJO is the mom of one of my besties, and she's a total rockstar who fought breast cancer and won!

You know, cancer really hits close to home for me. My grandma, Moma, who was the most amazing person ever, passed away during her battle with cancer. It was super hard to go through that, and I don't want other families to feel the same pain.

The Tour de Pier is this awesome event where a bunch of us will be riding stationary bikes right on the Manhattan Beach Strand. This year, I'm captaining a team with my buddies, the HBs OGs!! It's gonna be epic! But more importantly, we're doing this to spread awareness and raise money for three incredible cancer charities: the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Cancer Support Community South Bay, and the Uncle Kory Foundation. These organizations are real-life superheroes, providing support and conducting research to help people with cancer.

I would be super grateful if you could help me out with my fundraising. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference and goes towards improving the lives of people fighting cancer and their families. No one should have to face this battle alone, and with your support, we can ensure they don't have to.

So, let's jump on those bikes and pedal our way to making a difference! We'll be riding in honor of all the brave people out there who are dealing with cancer. I know my grandma would be so proud of us!
