Join Us at UCLA to Support Pancreatic Cancer Research

LACC 2024

The Schoew Squad

I'm participating in the LA Cancer Challenge in honor of my aunt, Linda Schoew. Unfortunately, she lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on October 1, 2024 after fighting the awful disease for 10 months. This walk has held a special place in my aunt's and my heart, as we walked in honor of my grandfather previously. This year we will begin a new tradition and also walk in honor of her.

The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.

Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join me, in-person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together, regardless of where we are, we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
