Please support me in the LA Cancer Challenge!
I'm excited to announce that I'll be participating in the LA Cancer Challenge! (5k) This event supports the Hirshberg Foundation's mission to raise funds for critical research and programs aimed at improving patient care, advancing treatment options, and ultimately finding a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Many of you know that I lost my Uncle Kevin (Beeston) to pancreatic cancer when he was just 40 years old. Watching this aggressive disease take my uncle was devastating for me and my family. The pain hit again earlier this year when my grandmother, Kevin's mother, was lost to liver cancer. These experiences have deeply impacted me, which is why I’ve chosen to participate in the L.A. Cancer Challenge on my birthday, October 27th, alongside my company, A2 Biotherapeutics. Working at A2 gives me the chance to be part of a team fighting for cures not only for pancreatic cancer but for other difficult-to-treat cancers as well.
I’m inviting you to support my fundraising efforts today. You can donate, or if you'd prefer, join me—either in person or virtually as we honor those we've lost and celebrate those still fighting. Together, we can make a significant impact in the fight against pancreatic cancer.
