Please support: LA Cancer Challenge for Pancreatic Cancer!
Dear Family & Friends:
Madds and I are participating in the LA Cancer Challenge Walk in honor of my mom and her Grammy, Meta Evans, who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2017. Meta was a vibrant, loving, unconditional mom to my sister and me and loved being a Grammy to Abbott and Madeline. She fought cancer with everything she had, and we miss her every single day.
We are also walking in honor of Lou Johnson, who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2018. Lou was a mentor and friend to my husband, Tim. Lou was a beloved husband, father, Papa, brother, and friend. He brought love and light to whoever he met. He is very missed by all.
The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options, and, ultimately, find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Please consider contributing to our fundraising efforts today.
Or, if you'd like, you can join us, in person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those currently battling this disease. Regardless of where we are, we can make a difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
With Love,
Allison & Madds
xoxo
