Please support me in the LA Cancer Challenge!
Pancreatic cancer is a devastating disease that affects thousands of families every year. It is one of the most aggressive forms of cancer, often diagnosed in its later stages when treatment options are limited. I have seen firsthand the impact this illness can have on individuals and their loved ones, and I am determined to make a difference.
In 2020 my grandma passed away from pancreatic cancer. Although my grandma lived 74 wonderful years it’s doesn’t make it any easier losing a loved one. It was an extremely sad and difficult time in my life especially in the midst of the pandemic. She is the reason behind me deciding to run this 5k. I want to help bring awareness to this disease and help raise money so that others going through cancer treatment can have access to the resources they need without having to worry about the financial aspects while fighting for their life. Let’s celebrate this 5K walk/run by honoring a loved one who has or is going through pancreatic cancer. Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join me, in-person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to finding better treatments and, ultimately, a cure. By supporting pancreatic cancer research, we can give hope to those affected and work towards a future where this illness no longer takes such a heavy toll on families around the world.
Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can help make a significant impact.
