I'm honored to be participating with my Walkers for Knockers team to raise funds for the LA Cancer Challenge at UCLA! Our team is dedicated to Evelyn Dineen and my father Bob White who was diagnosed with squamous cell cancer AND pancreatic cancer at the 3 years ago. Thankfully he and Eveyln  are now cancer free but awareness and continuous funding is necessary to find a cure for those who don't catch it early. Sadly I am adding my step father to the reason I walk. Near 3 years ago Elliot Miller passed of metastatic bone cancer/Lung Cancer. Cancer of any kind has affected each and every one of us and I try every year to do my part to find a cure.  The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. This year will be a virtual walk because of Covid 19, but the important is that we're raising funds for this very needed disease.
