This is my 8th year participating in the LA Cancer Challenge at UCLA! My dear friend and teammate Evelyn was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and thanks to the amazing doctors at UCLA she survived and is now cancer FREE! I'm walking in honor of Evelyn and my dear friend Michael Dee who is also a pancreatic cancer survivor. 

The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
