Come support us at the
This weekend will be 25 years since we lost my dad to pancreatic cancer! My dad had a huge heart, the biggest smile and the warmest hugs!
In his memory, our family and friends gather together every year at UCLA to remember and celebrate him, while raising money in the fight against pancreatic cancer. We have to be the voice that he no longer has. The LA Cancer Challenge helps the Hirshberg Foundation to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
After 25 years of participating in the LACC, my mom is finally reunited with my dad. They are playing cards, laughing and enjoying good meals together! It makes my heart happy to know they are back together again!
With all that is going on in the world, if you are looking for a fun event for the kids that includes a 5k walk at UCLA and a great Candyland Kids Zone, or if you would like to join us virtually, this is for you. We will be remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together, regardless of where we are, we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
As always, thank you for your support!
With love, Allison and Bryan
