I'll be participating in the 2024 LA Cancer Challenge 5K/10K Run/Walk & Kids Can Cure Fun Run in honor and memory of my sister, Nancy Snyder Clarke AND my brother, Jeffrey David Snyder. Nancy has been in heaven for twelve years now and we miss her every day. My brother died unexpectedly on August 11 only a few days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We were all stunned that this horrible disease claimed another family member. Their legacy lives on in family, friends, and former students.

The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
