Help me raise money to battle pancreatic cancer in memory of my dad!
I'll be participating in the 2024 LA Cancer Challenge 5K in memory of my Dad, Adel Saad - I can't believe that this year marks 14 years since his passing. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March of 2009 and went to heaven in September 2010. I am grateful that we were able to have over a year with him after his diagnosis, which is more than what most others get. My dad left behind a legacy of hard work, selflessness, kindness, and gentleness. Join us to honor his amazing legacy!
The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
Please consider contributing towards our fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join us on October 27th at UCLA for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost, and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
