In Memory of my Papa Siegfried Klein who passed away because of Pancreatic Cancer I have joined Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Research's. On March 17,2024 I will be walking/running in the LA Marathon as a part of the Hirshberg Training Team.

I have committed to nearly 250 training miles, to raise at least $1000 and to cross the finish line.

Until June 2023 Pancreatic Cancer was not on our families mind especially not my dad who was until very recent in good health … he was known as Siggi = 85 years, very spontaneous who you might meet ice bathing or running on the beach …always smiling and talkative  -------- Then my dad got the worst news in his life “ Pancreatic Cancer”, I found out June 22, 2023 and went to see him several times until September 2023… I spent a week staying with mom and dad at the Senior home , left from Germany to California September 8 and September 10 my dad passed away…… Brutal …. How this disease just cuts our loved one’s life short …..

It is time for me to support the research to find a cure, it is time for me to educate my friends and families about Pancreatic Cancer, it is time for me to support the Hirshberg Foundation
