Marathoning for Mom

On September 27, 2017, my mom died of pancreatic cancer. Her cancer was so unexpected, I can't quite describe how shocked we were at her diagnosis.
It has been almost six years since her death and the survival rate for pancreatic cancer is still extraordinarily low. But since her death I’ve had other loved ones - friends and family - get the same diagnosis and THEY ARE FIGHTING STRONG against this awful disease. We can find a cure!!! So on March 17, 2024 I will be running in the LA Marathon as a part of the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Research's Training Team.
I have committed to raise at least $1,000. But I'd love to raise $10,000. No one should have to suffer like my mom did. I hope you will come along on this journey with me and, if you can, donate in honor of my mom. Every dollar is a dollar closer to a cure.
