I got involved with Tour de Pier last year right as my sister Stephanie Litjen Huerta was being initially diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  She died less than a month later at age 56. My participation as team captain this year is in honor and memory of her.  Miss you Steph! 

Team Sheppard Mullin will be riding in place to move charity forward at the Tour de Pier! The Tour de Pier brings hundreds of stationary cycling bikes to the iconic Manhattan Beach Strand to create awareness and raise funds for three outstanding cancer charities: Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Cancer Support Community South Bay and the Uncle Kory Foundation.
