Join Me for the LA Cancer Challenge!

Hi Friends!
I’d love to have your support as we continue to raise pancreatic cancer awareness and research funds via the LA Cancer Challenge on Sunday, October 22nd! I always look forward to seeing you in-person at UCLA, but this year I will be participating virtually because my little star swimmer has a meet the morning of the LACC. Pleases join our team #CrushCancer either virtually or in-person at UCLA...or simply make a donation as we collectively fight for a cure for this horrible disease.
As many of you may know, I lost my wonderful father, John McGee in December 2015, just five months after he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. And just in this calendar year alone, I have three more friends who've lost their mother, their sister, and an uncle to this disease.
Pancreatic cancer is particularly cruel because by the time a patient has symptoms, the disease has generally already progressed to an advanced Stage (3 or 4). Money raised through the LA Cancer Challenge helps fund research, grants and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and ultimately find an early detection method and a cure.
Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer. I’m so grateful for your support!
With Gratitude,
Deb
