In honor of George, I'll be participating in the 2023 LA Cancer Challenge 5K/10K Run/Walk. The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. This organization is investigating many novel approaches for screening and combating this deadly illness.
