Welcome to Gracie's Page
My cousin Steve was hit by a car while cycling. After a miracle awakening from the 2 month long coma post accident, he pushed hard to get his brain and body back. Over a year later, cancer struck. He was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He laughed when he was told he had stage 4 cancer with only 2% survival rate! He was ready to kick it's ass like our grandmother had beaten cancer (stage 4 colon cancer that spread to her ovaries and lungs). With support from every angle, Steve beat cancer, is cancer free today and just celebrated his 50th bday! He lives everyday with nothing but drive, gratitude and grace and continues to inspire me to live life the same. Steve is my hero and I want to ride for him, for my late grandmother, Lala and for everyone that feels connected to his story.
