Team GWEKOS proudly joined the L. A. Cancer Challenge [LACC] for the 11th time on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at UCLA. 

it's not too late to donate!! Any amount is welcome and appreciated!!

The LACC raises funds administered by The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. 

Donations support seed grants for top researchers whose work leads to new, better treatment options. The cure for pancreatic, and other forms of cancer, is getting closer thanks to your support!

The Hirshberg Foundation also provides patient and family supportive services.

Together we ARE making a difference!

Despite the serious purpose for gathering with the pancreatic cancer community, the LACC is a festive day. Many attendees run and walk in Halloween costumes. There is healthy food and plenty of sweet treats, and lots of fun activities for young and old! 

WE WANT YOU to register every October! Join Team GWEKOS and walk together in-person, or virtually from wherever you live! 

We remember the countless lives lost and honor the courage of those currently fighting for their lives.
