LACC 2021

Team Elimelech, Riki and Marta

For the last 12 years my Family and I have been participating in the LA Cancer Challenge in memory of my late Father in law Eli Urman z”l. Just seven months ago one of my best friends lost his Mother Riki Zafrani z”l to this same disease. And four months ago unbelievably I lost my own mother Marta Milchman z”l to Pancreatic cancer. The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Together, wherever we are, we can make a huge difference in the fight to cure pancreatic cancer.

We'd love for you to join our team (either in-person at UCLA or virtually from wherever you are!) for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. If you'd like to support us, please consider contributing towards our fundraising efforts. No amount is too small! Together we can make a difference.
