Help fund me for the LA Cancer Challenge!

The night of my late husband's memorial, a dear neighbor told me he was running in memory of Ron at the Hirshberg Los Angeles Cancer Challenge (LACC), wearing Ron Mayo name on his back. I did not know this organization existed. I know now, and participate with this wonderful organization, whenever I can.
Since 2010, I'm participating, for my 9th time in the LA Cancer Challenge. The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
My purpose in participating in this fund raising walk is to bring homage to my late husband, and since his passing, to my late sister, Margie. Both passed because of this terrible disease!
Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer. Now, as I sign off, I remember the words of my wonderful daughter, Dana: "I thank you with all of my heart...and my pancreas!"
Sincerely,
Susan Mayo
