Please support us in the LA Cancer Challenge!
Our family is participating in the LA Cancer Challenge! The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.
We started this tradition 12 years ago, never missed a year, except for last year. Initially offered this run to my dad, Oscar, who passed with this terrible disease, pancreatic and colon cancer, 18 years ago. Just thought to celebrate my Halloween birthday with meaning and purpose. And for years now, we have been dedicating the run to our family and friends who have lost their lives to cancer or know someone who has cancer.
Please consider contributing to our fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join us, in-person or virtually, for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together, regardless of where we are, we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer. Please join our team called, NO EXCUSES TEAM.
