LA Cancer Challenge 2020

Short Shorts for Adel

This year marks 10 years since we lost our dad, Adel Saad, to pancreatic cancer. In his memory, we will be participating in the LA Cancer challenge 5K again this year on October 25th - although this year it will be virtually.

Our dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March of 2009 and went to heaven in September 2010. We are so grateful that we were able to have over a year with him after his diagnosis, which is more that what most others get. He left behind a legacy of hard work, selflessness, kindness, and gentleness. Join us to honor his amazing legacy!

The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.

Please consider contributing toward our fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can put on your short shorts in his honor and join us virtually on October 25th to walk or run a 5K.  Help us remember this we have lost and celebrate those who are currently battling this disease. Together we can make a huge difference in the batter against pancreatic cancer.

Much Love,

Christina and Nardine
