Dearest family and friends,

In honor of Tanaz's memory and my aunt Soraya, I'm participating in the LA Cancer Challenge 5K/10K Run/Walk! The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.  

Tanaz touched many lives  whether it was through a one time meeting, lifetime friendship, coming across her blogs by chance during the most difficult challenge of her life. She always volunteered her services for great causes. Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join me in remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease.
