2015! in the FlyWheel studio with AMy
Most of you know I love FlyWheel and I loved my mother in law who died of pancreatic cancer almost exactly 10 years ago. Amy and I are participating in a fundraiser for Virginia Mason and cancer research on 9/14 to in her memory! Please donate! It's a kinda weird and crazy approach - there are five straight hours of flywheel. It sounds like my kind of fun but I'll have to share the bike with other team members!
