It's my 11th year Supporting my friend Jennifer's 'Team Ravishing Rose' in honor of her Mom at the LA Cancer Challenge!
I'm participating in the LA Cancer Challenge for the 11th year in honor of my friend Jennifer’s Mom ‘Team Ravishing Rose’ at UCLA! My friend’s and I have lost too many loved ones to Pancreatic Cancer. My USC Lil Bro Mark Galton lost his life within 5 months after diagnosis in his early 30s too soon after marrying the love of his life Shelby. My friend Jennifer lost her mother Rose after a year battle leaving us too soon in her early 50s in 2007 not able to see her grandchildren grow up. I’m hoping to help in some way find a cure for this incurable disease by supporting this good cause in raising awareness and money for research.
To anyone who’s lost a loved one to an incurable disease it’s heartbreaking and outright devastating to those they leave behind. On Sunday, October 29, 2017, I want to honor their memory and how hard they fought to keep alive losing their life’s soon after diagnosis. My heart and prayers go out to those who have not only lost their life, but to those who are still fighting their battle with this horrible disease. Please stand with me in helping donate even if it’s only $5. Every little bit helps like one person does make an incredible positive difference in helping support those with cancer in finding a cure.
The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Please consider contributing towards my fundraising efforts today. Or if you'd like, you can join me for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
