Welcome to My Personal Page
This is my fifth year participating in the LA Cancer Challenge in honor of my good friend Lucas Buck's brother Glenn. If you are in LA, come out and join me as I stumble/walk! If you are not in LA, please consider a donation!
What does $10 do? Dollars create minutes. Glenn and Carrie's son Ollie was born in February of 2014. A month later, Glenn was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He fought fiercely, had periods of remission, but was taken from his family in August of 2015. 18 months was the time they had together. It is a crime that it was so little. Right now many other families are struggling with this disease. Before cures are found, research creates medical breakthroughs that buy families minutes. Hours. Days. Then hopefully weeks, months, and a cure forever. Every single donation, no matter how small, is going toward extra minutes for a family to be together. And every extra minute for that, an extra minute to live a life that refuses to be beat, is a win. Give someone those extra minutes with their loved one. Those extra days and weeks. Please donate today if you can. $10 is super. $15 is great. $20 dollars is fantastic.
And for anyone who would like to read to know a little bit about a hell of a human being, I encourage you to copy and paste this into your browser and read about the guy in whose memory we have the priviledge of walking for:
