LA Cancer Challenge

Rosa's Roses

In 2009, our team captain's mother, Rosa Elena Cisneros, was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.  Less than a month later, we lost her.  For everyone that knew her, it was a huge loss.  WE RUN FOR HER!

Our team is so excited to be participating in the LA Cancer Challenge at UCLA. The LACC helps the Hirshberg Foundation raise money to fund research and programs designed to improve patient care, offer better treatment options and, ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer. Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.

We'd love for you to join our team for a day of costumes and fun, remembering those we have lost and celebrating those who are currently battling this disease. If you'd like to support us but can't make it (we will miss you), please consider contributing towards our fundraising efforts. No amount is too small! Together we can make a huge difference in the battle against pancreatic cancer.
