In 2005, the Hirshberg Foundation’s Annual Symposium on Pancreatic Cancer was launched to share advances in research, treatment options and early detection with patients and families affected by the disease. The aim of the program is to provide an educational and collaborative experience that brings together survivors, patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers and physicians.
